About the RoleAs the Program Manager – Mobilisations, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with business requirements, contractual obligations, and governance frameworks.
Working closely with senior leadership, contract managers, key stakeholders, and IT teams, you will manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless integration of systems.
Key Responsibilities Program Leadership – Lead mobilisation programs for technology infrastructure deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stakeholder Engagement – Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, contract managers, clients, and IT teams.
Project Governance – Ensure all projects align with PMO governance frameworks, maintaining rigorous oversight of risks, budgets, and schedules.
Technology Integration – Manage system integrations to ensure seamless operation between technologies across multiple project sites.
Dependency Management – Identify, document, and monitor project dependencies, proactively addressing potential risks and challenges.
Reporting & Documentation – Provide regular program updates to steering committees and leadership teams, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
Team Leadership & Mentorship – Lead and mentor project management staff to drive continuous improvement and professional development.
About You Extensive experience in enterprise program and project management, particularly in mobilisations, technology infrastructure, or system integrations.
Proven ability to guide executive stakeholders through complex programs and work closely with an Executive Sponsor.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, business cases, and financial performance.
Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity risk management and program/project delivery best practices.
Experience implementing Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
