Our Supply Chain is the heart of our success and is driven by our passionate, innovative people.Your Role:This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to serve SA, VIC and QLD site's manufacturing capability by providing leadership and direction to the product quality teams and ensuring that all operations meet or exceed all quality certifications and regulatory and customer requirements.Reporting to the Operations Manager - Textures, you will oversee the Quality Management System for the Dulux Acratex business, driving improved product and process consistency and resulting in improved customer satisfaction and business productivity. You will lead the Quality Assurance function and provide direct technical support for quality control, production troubleshooting, complaint investigations, process improvements, and aspects of safety/sustainability.You will have demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining successful quality frameworks and proven experience in delivering business outcomes by promoting a culture that identifies and reports potential product risks and manages critical control points.
