This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with a wide range of clients, build lasting partnerships, and contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client accounts, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients, managing the entire recruitment process from initial engagement to placement.Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to clients on recruitment activity and outcomes.Skills/Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the recruitment industry, with a focus on 360-degree recruitment.Strong sales acumen and the ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.Knowledge of the trades sector (desirable)Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
