We are seeking a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Admin/Receptionist to join our dedicated team at our aged care facility in Coffs Harbour Region. This position is available on a casual or contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a welcoming manner
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications
* Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing
* Coordinate appointment bookings and assist with scheduling
* Support facility staff with various administrative needs
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (aged care experience a plus)
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
* Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
