Our client is a large national healthcare provider and are seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator for a 3-6 month temp role. Starting ASAP - candidates must be available to start work in the next week. Duties will include: Collaborate with departments to determine their purchasing requirements. Issue purchase orders and relevant contracts. Ensure purchases stay within budget limits. Ensure procurement activities comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Onboarding new suppliers ensure all documentation and approvals are in place. Assist with issues such as delays, defects, or disputes. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance. Assist with reporting to track spending, savings, and other metrics.
