The Role
As the all important client facing member of the firm, your duties will include:
* Greeting clients and guests to the firm
* Attending to incoming phone calls and forwarding messages
* Preparing mail and couriers
* Maintaining the Boardroom and Meeting room in readiness for meetings
* Organising refreshments for guests in the meeting rooms
* Ordering stationery
* Entering receipts
* Opening files
* General admin duties
You
To be successful in this role, you will have prior receptionist experience, ideally in a law or professional services firm. In addition, you will have excellent presentation and communication skills.

Our client is a lovely law firm that is centrally located on the Gold Coast and within walking distance to the beach. They offer a fantastic working culture and modern offices. Salary to $70K + super, depending on experience.
