The role
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Branch, based in Canberra ACT. Leading a multidisciplinary team of high performing and passionate Rehabilitation Consultants, you will ensure the delivery of customer, client, and operational outcomes through effective management of key business areas.
As part of your role, you will also manage a complex caseload with a focus on positive return to work and return to life outcomes.
In this role, you’ll be….
* Providing overall leadership and management to the Branch and team
* Managing customer accounts including business development and contract management
* Providing training, coaching and development to your team
* Managing service delivery standards
* Managing your own reduced size case load to a high standard

What we are looking for:
* Experience in a leadership capacity within Occupational Rehabilitation
* Experience dealing with clients, customers, Insurers, and employers
* Professional registration with appropriate body - AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC
* Driving license, willingness to travel locally
* A current, or ability to hold a Working with Children Check
