About the Role
The main purpose of this role is to sell raw materials, chemicals and ingredients to our key clients within the Chemical industry. This position is responsible for maintaining and creating rewarding business to business (B2B) relationships, with a portfolio of customers located across the wider Sydney metro area. This position will require a small amount of travel locally and around the state.
The ideal candidate would possess extensive sales and account management experience, ideally within the chemicals distribution industry, however all applicants with relevant B2B experience will be considered.
About you
* You will have 3 or more years of sales experience directly or indirectly within chemical industry
* Proven track record of managing customer accounts and delivery sales growth
* Strong closing and negotiating skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Tertiary qualifications highly regarded in Business or Science (but not required)
* Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
