Position Responsibilities:Liaising frequently with clients and the ATO
Assisting in drafting tailored tax advice with the support of your team and various subject matter experts.
Assist in developing and reviewing internal controls to ensure the enterprise and its business units are in compliance.
Carry out internal/external reporting and general operational accounting.
Identify needs and opportunities for process improvements.
Provide accounting support and financial analysis for Business Leaders.
Email correspondence to clients.
Attend to all Daylite Projects and tasks allocated to you promptly.
Maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally.
Attend regular team training to keep up to date with legislative and regulatory changes.
Assistance with recording the Director’s CPD.
Linking of emails to Daylite system (CRM) for consulting projects.
Updating Xero Practice Manager weekly for billing purposes for Directors review and discussion at Tuesday weekly meetings.
Prepare invoices for Tuesday weekly meetings.
Attend to any other tasks and responsibilities as requested.
Position Competencies:
Majoring or minoring in Accounting

Proficient on the computer and able to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Email; able to use or willing to learn Daylite, Xero, and any other Consulting Team software systems and protocols; and
Being trustworthy and honest.
