Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team. This position will be tailored to suit the successful candidate and can be based in Brisbane or closer to their office on the Sunshine Coast. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing a wide range of commercial property legal services to our clients, including: Property acquisitions and disposals: Advising clients on the purchase, sale, and exchange of commercial properties. Leases and licenses: Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial leases and licenses. Due diligence: Conducting thorough due diligence investigations on commercial property transactions. Development projects: Advising clients on the legal aspects of commercial property development projects. Property disputes: Representing clients in commercial property disputes, including litigation and mediation. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor of Laws degree and be admitted in Queensland. Strong understanding of commercial property law principles and legislation. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
