Founded over 10 years ago, thriving via organic growth, this client offers a unique 'greenfield' opportunity within the company & their sales operations. This position will require a mature approach, as well as an experienced proven history in generating high-level sales/clients, ideally related to Cyber, Healthcare or Government. Levels of clearance such as NV1 & Healthcare principles such as HL7 are not required, but both are very beneficial if you have them. Business Development Manager Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients in healthcare and finance sectors. Develop tailored IT solutions in managed services, cybersecurity, and cloud. Manage sales pipeline to meet growth targets. Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Collaborate with technical teams for solution alignment. Business Development Manager Requirements 5+ years in IT sales or business development. Strong understanding of cloud, managed IT, and cybersecurity. Experience in healthcare or finance sectors preferred. Proven track record in consultative selling. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
