The Role: An Experienced Board Secretariat Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to lead our secretariat support in governance and administrative functions.

Duties and Tasks
* Manage and lead the delivery of meetings and services for the Board.
* Establish and implement contemporary governance best practices to support the Board.
* Engage with key stakeholders to build effective relationships.
* Provide high-quality advice to the Director on the work of the team, including quality assurance of complex Board papers.
* Maintain records of board decisions and actions while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
Required Skills and Knowledge
* Extensive experience leading secretariat services for Boards and senior committees.
* Excellent judgement, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of integrity, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data.
* Ability to coordinate and manage competing workloads, adapt to shifting priorities.
* Excellent relationship management skills, building and sustaining strong networks.
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
