This is a pivotal role that contributes to the ongoing growth and success of the Snap-on franchise network. We are passionate about our brand, franchisees, and customers, and we are seeking a dedicated professional to help drive operational excellence across our franchise system.Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Development & Networking: Engaging with the franchise community and promoting Snap-on’s franchise opportunities.Franchise Recruitment: Supporting the Franchise Recruitment Manager in attracting and onboarding new franchisees.Regulatory & Operational Compliance: Ensuring compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct and relevant legislation.Legal & Documentation Management: Overseeing Franchise Agreements, Disclosure Documents, renewals, terminations, and dispute resolutions in collaboration with legal advisors.Operational Excellence: Enhancing franchise operations through process improvements and compliance oversight.Travel: This role requires travel within Australia, New Zealand and potentially the USA.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in franchise management within sectors such as automotive, sales and service, mobile, or retail operations.
