This role will play an integral part of our team, responsible for processing timely and accurately payroll for our workforce on a fortnightly basis.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and supported by a Financial Administrator, this position is offered on a full-time permanent basis at our Perth Head Office.
You will be responsible for:Processing of end-to-end payroll using ProntoInterpretation and application of relevant awards and contractsManaging payroll services including payroll systems, maintenance of employee databases and entitlementsAddressing Payroll related queries and providing solutions promptlyMaintaining confidentiality and integrity of Payroll recordsInterpreting company policies and government regulations affecting payroll proceduresABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roleProficiency in Pronto is highly desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSound computer literacy and competence in using the Microsoft office suite of productsAn organised approach to work, excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through on activitiesAbility to work as a team member as well as autonomouslyIN RETURNYou will be joining an existing team who will provide you with the onboarding and support to create a successful Linkforce career.
