Austcorp Executive is partnering with a growing business that specializes in the design, manufacture, and delivery of cutting-edge mobile power infrastructure for the mining industry and remote sites.
Our client is looking for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their growing team in a full-time position based in Perth, WA.
The key duties will include but are not limited to:
* Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies & procedures
* Monitor outstanding purchase orders, expedite deliveries as required, and update internal stakeholders on any supply issues, escalating where necessary
* Align purchases with production demand to minimize stock levels
* Maintain accurate inventory records
A little bit about you
* Experience in a Purchasing Administration role or a similar role
* Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication business (Preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
