The opportunity: As a Transport Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all drivers adhere to legislative requirements and company processes.
You will supervise drivers, conduct site assessments, visit dealers, and manage planning tasks to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance Management: Ensure all drivers and Contract Carriers (CCs) adhere to regulatory requirements, including Work Diary and speeding breaches.
* Investigate incidents and share learnings to drive improvement.
* Onboarding & Training: Maintain conformance for transit damage and incidents, with corrective actions and clear communication of key learnings.
* Service Delivery: Promote continuous improvement, challenge the status quo, and foster a positive and efficient working environment.
