With 15 busy locations, East Coast Car Rentals is one of Australia's leading independent car rental companies.With a passion for excellence, our goal is to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional services and products.We are seeking an energetic and vibrant Wash Bay Supervisor to join our fantastic Cairns team.East Coast Car Rentals (ECCR) operates in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment which requires flexibility, adaptability, and initiative as well as excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.The Wash Bay Supervisor reports directly to the Branch Manager and supervises the Vehicle Detailers.They will also work closely with the Fleet Department, as well as other relevant stakeholders.The role of the Wash Bay Supervisor is key to success at every branch.In conjunction with the Branch Manager, they are tasked to accomplish company objectives.Major ResponsibilitiesManage team workflow - create and oversee your team workflow as required by the operational needs, ensuring our vehicle standards are metEnsure all vehicles are cleaned daily to meet the branch requirementsTrain new hires and perform inductions for all new Vehicle Detailers joining your teamWork with the Branch Manager to ensure rosters are up to date for Vehicle Detailers, based on the needs of the businessComplete soft maintenance items such as tyre change and balancing, operation of hoist, top up vehicle fluids, change spark plugs & globesComplete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks on car wash system, vacuums, water softeners and other equipment as requiredEnsure detailing products stock levels are always maintainedOther Key RequirementsMust possess a full driver's licenseQLD Only - must be eligible and pass a Queensland Registered Driver Authority (RDA) to transport passengers (if required)If you believe you can demonstrate the requirements above, please apply with a cover letter and your resume today!To be successful in this role you must have unlimited working rights in Australia, with no restrictions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
