Your new role
As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end integration solutions for customers, ensuring seamless connectivity between ERP systems, APIs, and warehouse management systems (WMS). You will be the customer-facing representative of the engineering team, bridging technical and business requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Owning solution architecture for customer integrations, defining best practices for ERP, API, and file-based data exchanges.
* Leading technical discussions with customers to understand their needs and propose scalable, efficient solutions.
* Acting as the on-site escalation point for technical issues, releases, and urgent fixes during Australian business hours.
* Collaborating with offshore development teams, ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting.
* Supporting the ongoing system transformation, making the platform more user-friendly and enterprise-ready.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environment.
* Strong background in system integrations, including ERP systems, APIs, SFTP, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
* Hands-on experience in solution design, technical problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
* Excellent business communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work with virtual and offshore teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
* Strong leadership skills to manage high-pressure situations and support dynamic business needs.
