Senior Advisor: Salamanca Market Operations
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Advisor to lead our operations team at Salamanca Market, one of Tasmania's most iconic destinations.
About the Role
* Contribute to the success of the City by operating Salamanca Market's performance to ensure it is well-run and safe for stallholders and patrons.
* Lead and coordinate the effective, efficient and sustainable management of the human and physical resources of the market crew.
* Provide advice and/or support to any complex dispute resolution process involving stallholders and/or stakeholders.
About You
* Possess a Bachelor Degree or higher in events management/hospitality (or a related field) or equivalent experience.
* Hold current drivers licence.
* Be registered to work with vulnerable people.
* Hold HLTAID011 Provide first aid certification.
* Have competency in Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry – White Card (3PCCWHS1001).
