About the Role We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative & Personal Assistant to support our operations and assist the General Manager.
This role will work closely with management, accounts, sales & marketing, and the events team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Assist the accounts admin team when required, including banking and Xero journal entries.Answer and manage telephone inquiries professionally and efficiently.Handle general office administration, including scheduling meetings, document preparation, and email correspondence.Sales & Marketing Support Assist with marketing activations, social media coordination, and promotional activities.Support sales initiatives, including liaising with potential clients and assisting with proposals.Events Coordination Assist the events team with client liaison, documentation, and event coordination.Maintain and update event bookings, contracts, and guest communication.Personal Assistance to the General Manager Assist with project management tasks and follow-ups as directed.Provide general support to ensure the GM's day-to-day responsibilities are streamlined and efficient.About You Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Xero (preferred).Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic hospitality environment.A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and problem-solve.Experience in a PA or administrative role is highly regarded.What we offer A dynamic and supportive team environment in a thriving hospitality group.The opportunity to work across multiple venues in a scenic waterfront location.Career growth opportunities within the hospitality and events industry.If you are an organized, proactive professional looking to grow in a fast-paced industry, we'd love to hear from you!
