Day-to-Day in the Role:
* Full admin support.
* Initially, the position will involve working independently, but you will have great support from a team of other OTs.
* Enjoy the flexibility to design your day with a minimum of billed hours, and designated time each week for documenting.
* Peer support and full admin assistance will be provided.
* Work with all ages but primary focus on paediatric and young adult clients.
* New graduates will receive weekly mentoring, while experienced staff enjoy greater autonomy and ongoing support.
* Clinical-based role.
Ideal Candidate will:
* Be based in Ipswich or open to relocating.
* Able to work independently but also collaborate effectively within a supportive team.
* AHPRA registration is required.
* Be committed to building strong relationships with clients and team members.
