with the possibility of extension(s).The Chief Pharmacy Information Officer position will take a lead in driving the planning, design, and implementation of the statewide EMR Program. This role will work collaboratively with the identified EMR Chief Information Officer positions across WA Health and provide statewide leadership and coordination to appropriate Senior Allied Health Information Officer positions to provide statewide clinical leadership to the EMR Program in ensuring the system and workflows designed are patient centric, focused on delivery of safe care, improve efficiencies, and support best practice healthcare.This position provides strategic leadership and facilitates engagement of clinical staff across WA Health in the design and implementation of the statewide EMR and associated technologies. This position will be responsible and accountable for the development of a clinical staff engagement strategy that identifies the operational and educational impact of the EMR implementation.
