Position Overview As a Chef at Paragon Hotel, you will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to prepare and deliver high-quality meals. You’ll be responsible for maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in the kitchen while contributing to the continued development of our menu and service standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard across all sections of the kitchen. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained at all times. Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment. Support the Head Chef with kitchen operations, including supervising junior kitchen staff when required. Contribute to menu development and special events as needed. Ensure smooth service during busy periods while maintaining presentation and quality.
