You will work alongside some of the industry's best in the pursuit of enhancing the overall Customer Experience and Quality of Outcomes. Your objective will be to leverage the company's award-winning performance and expertise and its strategic relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and trades. As the Project Manager, you will oversee the preparation of Architectural, Engineering and Framing Drawings; Project Documentation, and Scheduling of processes for construction delivery. You will support the entire Project Team in purchasing and materials procurement, and variations pricing to achieve positive outcomes and the expectations of all stakeholders. Key Deliverables Reviewing Project Files, Drawings, Documentation, and Programs. Purchase materials and price variations while tracking project budgets in real time. Collaboration with Supervisors to review, amend, and approve trade suppliers' invoices. Manage Sitebooks during construction to ensure all trades are WHS compliant. Report on project progress and conduct strategic project reviews. Assist the Construction Manager with other duties as required. Desirable Skills Suitable candidates will likely have a minimum of 5 years' local experience in a similar role within medium-density home building and custom designed residential construction. You will apply your knowledge, ingenuity, resourcefulness and understanding of project coordination and build methodology principles to add value in project delivery efficiency. Your results-oriented Project Management skills and flair for nurturing relationships with consultants, suppliers, trades, and all stakeholders, will enhance your effectiveness. Knowledge and experience in digital project administration programs and systems will also be well regarded.
