12-month FTC Receptionist role based in Bunbury.
HAYS are working with a well-known accounting and advisory firm who are looking for their next Receptionist to join their team in Bunbury on a 12-month FTC, paying from $55k + super.
Your new role
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of their office and delivering a positive experience for their clients. Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited too;
* Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour
* Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
* Provide support to the accounting team as needed
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role is essential to your success. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and your can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously will lead to your success.
