CARE IMMIGRATION & EDUCATION CONSULTANTS PTY LTD posting an advertisement on behalf of MIRA ENTERPRISE PTY LTD.Duration: At least 2 years Job Type: Full-time (Minimum 38 hours per week) Salary range - $74000-$78000 Tasks Include: Duties and responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager: Managing and supervising the restaurant as well as opening and closing.Recruiting and training of new staff.Manage and supervise the staff's performance in the kitchen and front of house and give them feedback.Implementing efficient systems procedures. Assisting with the annual budget and ensuring that the management of the restaurant is within budget at all times.Responding to feedback from management and customers in an efficient and effective manner to create a positive and lasting relationship. Planning menus in consultation with head Chef.Planning and organising special functions.Arranging the purchasing and negotiate prices according to budget with suppliers and ensure they supplies on time.Ensure and check the delivered supplies should be in high quality and as the ordered.Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and services.Selecting, training and supervising waiting and Kitchen staff.Taking reservations, greeting guests and assist in taking orders.Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. Routinely checking the building and premises to ensure that health and safety of employees and patrons is maintained.Establishing and implementing OH&S policies.Establishing and implementing safe food handling policies.Liaising with marketing professionals for the promotion and advertising of the business.Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance. Completing any other task essential to the successful management of the restaurant.Qualifications and other requirements 1. Diploma level qualifications or equivalent in Hospitality or other relevant field.2. Recent minimum of two years of relevant experience working in a hospitality industry as a restaurant or café manager in last five years.3. A valid driver license with your own reliable vehicle.4. Ability to work independently and without supervision.5. Ability to work effectively as part of team and provide leadership to a small team.6.
