Project Director
Due to exceptional growth and success, the RPS Project Management team are seeking a motivated and qualified Project Director who has previous experience in delivery of complex Major and Mega Construction and Infrastructure Projects to lead a WA based delivery team for key Defence projects in a client-side project management capacity. About the Role You will oversee projects and lead a team of construction professionals to ensure all strategic objectives are met and project delivery is achieved to a high standard. You will be a motivated, qualified and have previous experience planning and delivering major construction and infrastructure projects for public and/or private sector clients. Your Impact
1. Manage all stakeholder relationships to ensure a high level of performance in relation to time, cost, and quality requirements;
2. Manage and develop project resources to achieve current and future project and business objectives;
3. Strategically plan and deliver project requirements to ensure a high level of client satisfaction;
4. Deliver high-quality service in consideration of time and cost constraints;
5. Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality and time requirements;
6. Assist with development and implementation of project programs, including but not limited to concept planning, design, implementation and close out phases;
7. Manage and administer contracts including invoices, reports, and other deliverables within deadlines;
8. Participate consultatively in project and process audits; and
9. Assist in selected future bids, proposals, business development and conversion activities.
10. Manage RPS commercial interests in relation to client engagements.

11. 15+ years of recent construction and/or consulting project management experience across large scale, complex construction, and infrastructure projects.
12. Professional qualifications in project management, engineering, construction management or similar.
13. Planning or development and delivery phase experience;
14. Managing Contractor experience (preferred);
15. A clear understanding of directing and managing projects through all approval processes;
16. Proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies and contracts relating to large scale construction projects;
17. AIPM Certified Practicing Project Director certification or equivalent is desirable;
