Want to join a team of passionate industry salespeople and work for a well-established market leading apparel wholesaler in a key sales role?Fashion Biz is seeking a highly qualified Account Manager to join our SA team and drive the promotion and sales of our well-established market leading brands to our distributor base within SA & NT.As an Account Manager at Fashion Biz, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving sales in all brands and in all categories to achieve growth and set sales targets. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role covers a very well-established territory comprising clients in Adelaide, regional SA and the NT.A typical week consists of client visits Monday through Thursday and then planning from our Adelaide Office in Melrose Park on Fridays. Additionally, this role involves giving presentations, attending networking events and trade shows, and participating in interstate training sessions as required.You will be on the road 4 days per week meeting with customers, providing product training, presenting new styles, offering support and guidance, and assisting with brand presentations in our showroom. Objectives of this role Represent Fashion Biz brands in a professional manner Showcase our products, demonstrating how they deliver the best possible quality to meets the needs of a wide range of customersBuild strong relationships with our distributor baseWorking closely with distributors to ensure products are included in larger B2B contractsAchieve quarterly and annual sales targets by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and sales techniquesAssess and qualify new distributor opportunitiesDevelop and implement territory action plans using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field. Responsibilities Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure that they receive exceptional serviceIdentify and qualify new customersSet appointments, make effective sales calls and manage your sales cyclePossess in-depth product knowledge to conduct and ensure meaningful product training sessions with customersPrepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentationsAchieve sales goals by assessing current customer needs and following a defined selling process with existing and potential customersRecord accurate information into our CRM, and provide territory sales analysis to the business every month. Required skills and qualifications Three or more years of sales experience within the apparel industry is desiredExcellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skillsProficiency with sales management software and CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 365Full drivers licenceStrong ability to balance working autonomously whilst collaborating with the SA/NT sales team and greater Fashion Biz team.
