Working closely with experienced practitioners, this role involves the conduct of Wills & Estates files including Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation. You will be well supported with a dedicated personal assistant and direct interaction with clients, counsel and courts. The role represents genuine career progression and is an opportunity to work alongside accomplished lawyers who are passionate about Wills & Estates. This is an office based role, and WFH cannot be considered. The candidate Together with 3 years PAE (senior practitioners are welcome to apply), you will be skilled in drafting Wills of varying complexity, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Appointments of medical treatment decision makers and superannuation death benefit nomination. You will also be experienced in managing the administration of estates (experience in complex estate matters will be viewed favourably) and will be supported in the conduct of Estate Litigation matters. The attributes You will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. A high level of computer literacy is required and experience using Affinity is desirable but not essential.
