About the Role Duties Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible for planning and executing HR activities, programs and initiatives.Execute all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements.Liaise with other department leaders to conduct training and HR related initiatives.Assist with the onboarding of new ladies and gentlemen and prepare employment contracts.Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines.Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.Assist with payroll duties.Plan, organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for our associates as they are our most important assets.Support the Human Resources team with administration tasks and general enquiries. Skills & Experience Relevant experience at a Coordinator or Executive/Officer level.Strong knowledge of employment law.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Unrestricted working rights in Australia.Enthusiastic to escalate your career.Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
