About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team, supporting the smooth operations of the Pharmacy Administration section and the wider Division. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in providing confidential secretarial, administrative, and reception services. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure the effective functioning of day-to-day operations, supporting both our team and our goals.
In this role, you will provide timely and accurate secretarial services tailored to the needs of pharmacy staff. From preparing educational materials and work manuals to assisting with protocols and master records, your contributions will directly support the team’s success. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your strong organisational and communication skills to a role that makes a meaningful impact.
