One of Australia's Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experience Senior Assurance and Quality Manager to lead the assurance and quality functions that support the delivery of major ICT and digital programs of work as well as significant ICT and digital projects. The roles will be based in Canberra with the successful Senior Assurance and Quality Manager to be offered a 12-month contract with the possibility of an extension option.
The successful Senior Assurance and Quality Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Develop the Assurance and Quality Management Framework for ICT and digital projects in alignment with the delivery frameworks
* Develop the Assurance Plan for each major program and identified significant projects.
* Undertake document reviews and provide feedback to project and program professionals.
* Provide mentoring and guidance to staff in the areas of assurance and quality management
The successful Senior Assurance and Quality Manager will have experience in the following:
* Experience in the delivery of projects and programs within a government context
* Experience in leading assurance reviews
* Tertiary level qualifications and/or certification in Project Management, Program Management and Portfolio Management
