About the position:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PAE to join our client's team as an Associate or Senior Associate. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice and representation in employment law matters
* Assist clients with pragmatic solutions to their employment-related issues
* Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision and clarity
* Represent clients in employment tribunals and court proceedings
* Participate in negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes
* Mentor junior lawyers and support their professional development
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years PAE in Employment Law
* Hold a practicing certificate issued by the relevant legal authority
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong legal research and drafting skills
