About The Role:
The Chef and/or Cook plays a vital role in leading and guiding the meal service team to ensure efficient and effective operations. This includes delivering high-quality meals that meet residents' nutritional needs and adhere to accepted standards. As part of a supportive team, you will work a variety of shifts between 6 am and 6 pm on a fortnightly roster, preparing and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our Residential Aged Care facility.
This is a Permanent Part-Time Position, 76 hours/fortnight.

* Be eager to deliver a 'food-first' approach to combating malnutrition.
* Have demonstrated experience in a high-volume kitchen catering team.
* Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or above.
