Role Description This is a full time hybrid role you will be in charge of managing real estate portfolios on a daily basis, completing real estate sales transactions, and offering outstanding client service. You will be essential in assisting our clients in reaching their real estate-objectives. Responsibilities: Client Relationships: Build strong rapport with clients, understand their real estate needs, and provide tailored solutions. New Developments and Constructions: Experience in selling new homes, pre-selling off the plan projects, new developments & constructions Growth Mindset & Resilience: Consistently look for ways to improve and be not afraid of rejection. Sales Activities: Follow up with sales leads/enquiries promptly and diligently, conduct in person and virtual property tours, and assist clients through the buying process. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competition to offer informed advice. Lead Generation: Utilize digital tools, social media, and networking to expand the client base. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Negotiation: Effectively finalize contracts for mutual benefits. Customer Service Mentality: Going above and beyond to find a solution for our clients and provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders, both internal and external to the business, to ensure smooth transactions and speedy service delivery. Qualifications: Minimum 2 year experiences in real estate sales (new homes) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency with CRM software and virtual meeting tools. Familiar with online marketing and lead generation strategies. High-speed internet, reliable computer, and suitable home office setup for virtual meetings.
