The Financial Crimes Services (FCS) brings together key capabilities to disrupt financial crime & deliver on our regulatory obligations to protect our customers and community.
This role will join the FC OCM team, which supports the execution of the Group’s Financial Crime Compliance strategic initiatives. Working in partnership with our Crews and business stakeholders, the OCM team aims to simplify changes for our people and customers. Together we educate, enable, and embed financial crime across the business. The FC OCM Team values trust, flexibility, transparency, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Role Overview
As the Senior Change Manager, you will lead change initiatives impacting several teams, their processes, and technology, giving you the opportunity to use your agile mindset, think creatively, and deliver high-quality change interventions that are fit for purpose. You will partner with Crew Lead, Product Owners, change owners, squads, and key senior business stakeholders to understand and manage the change by leading the strategy and approach for large-scale delivery ensuring effective and sustainable embedding of change. You will report to a Chapter Lead within the FC OCM team. You will be able to consult and coach leadership on change management initiative execution and highlight the importance of operational risk, customer outcomes, and compliance.
Within this role, you will be comfortable independently delivering end-to-end change. It will be important for you to have had experience setting change strategy, conducting stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments to evaluate the scope of change, business readiness, and potential risks with an advanced risk mindset. You will be well-versed in integrating OCM strategy and approach into project plans in collaboration with Crew and Working With Agile (WWA) teams across agile methodologies.

The Chief Operations Office (COO) is responsible for servicing multiple brands within the Group internationally, delivering a highly flexible operations environment, outstanding customer experiences, and better risk outcomes. This is achieved through end-to-end process management, use of innovative new technologies, and a cross-skilled, capable workforce.
Key Responsibilities
* Leads the effective planning and delivery of the Crew change solution; working cross-functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved.
* Build people capability and engagement through learning and development. Develop and deliver education and training as needed and deliver effective communication to ensure all stakeholders and impacted people are informed and engaged.
* You will assist in developing and growing our chapter area through leadership which inspires and engenders passionate people by displaying the Group’s values.
* Proactively leads the development of Crew and squad’s change objectives and measures of success, design and develop change collateral as required.
* Lead and facilitate key engagements such as change workshops to support the facilitation of end-user training or upskilling of subject matter experts as required to enable the required capability/skill transfer for the change.
* Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress/adoption/sustainability.
* Take the time to ensure that people-related benefits and risks are well understood and managed to ensure successful change implementation with minimal resistance.
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
* A proven leader in organisational change and communications experience at a Senior Manager level, ideally managing complex change initiatives across a matrix organisation.
* Experience delivering organisation-wide regulatory change.
* Expertise and proven track record in influencing stakeholders at all levels and comfortable to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and navigate ambiguous and complex organisational contexts.
* Recent experience leading the design and coordination of hands-on training and support modules to ensure the smooth adoption of changes across the organisation.
* A track record of successful people management and development.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, to audiences of varying seniority.
* Financial Crime experience & knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
