Creative Lead - Art We are looking for an award winning and experienced creative leader to be a part of our in-house APAC Creative Team for one of the largest video-sharing platforms. We are part of brand marketing, and, as such, we have a seat at the table (or a square in a Meet window). We work closely with our client’s marketing and product teams to find innovative and breakthrough creative solutions. Our goal is simple, to make work that is impossible to ignore. Creative Studio is responsible for all consumer facing communications. This includes Localisation, Advertising, Evergreen content, Event, Interactive/Digital, Video & Motion Graphics, and Direct across product areas. The Creative Lead Art leads a talented team of writers, designers, motion, video and interactive creatives. The Creative Lead - Art is an experienced creative problem solver who will take the lead in delivering innovative and compelling creative solutions that meet creative briefs. You’ll be deeply engaged in the work, often hands-on, actively supporting the creatives to bring ideas to life when needed. Role: Responsibilities include hands-on art direction, execution of integrated campaigns/projects, leading and inspiring a small but mighty creative team, external agencies, and production teams to deliver extraordinary work. Directly manage and lead a team of creatives across graphic design, copywriting, photography, motion/film, experiential, editorial and interactive disciplines. Develop quarterly and annual goals and strategic plans for the team. Implement necessary processes and resources to achieve goals. Partner with the Head of Creative on the client’s end to ensure the brand’s creative vision is consistent with their broader company vision and initiatives. Ensure that all client’s creative work is supported and inspired. Partner with Strategy Lead, Operations Lead and Exec Producers to guide operations of the team, including planning, recruiting, and resourcing. Create a blueprint for the team’s continued regional growth and recruit the best creatives and contract collaborators. Foster a respectful and collaborative environment. Mentor discipline leads on the team, ensuring alignment on all projects and both team and individual goals. You: 12-15 years of experience managing a mid to large team, preferably from an agency experience and/or leading in-house teams at global brands.
