As the Project Manager for Tiger Modular, you'll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of manufacturing, project delivery, and installation of garden buildings, annexes, and classrooms across the UK. This includes managing resources and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered right first time, supporting accurate site surveys, and managing aftercare. Your focus will be on meeting key performance targets, maintaining quality and safety, and contributing to the continued growth of the Tiger brand through effective Project and Installation Management. Oversee day-to-day operations for manufacturing, despatch, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and project timelines. Keep project schedules on track, ensuring timely delivery of products and services while keeping everyone updated. Build a strong culture of quality, with a focus on health and safety throughout the process. Encourage innovation in products, systems, and processes to improve performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Support CAPEX projects like facility upgrades, internal projects, and franchise developments to help drive the business forward. Resource Management Manage both national and regional resources to meet installation needs, balancing permanent staff and subcontract labour. Lead recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure top-notch project outcomes. Work closely with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals and customer needs. Provide leadership and support to the Operations Coordinator, sales team, and the installation network. Quality Ensure all manufacturing and installation processes meet excellent quality standards. Implement measures to catch and fix issues early, while always looking for ways to improve. Regularly review and improve processes to maintain high product quality and excellent customer service. Performance Set and monitor KPIs to track and improve project performance. Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and profit margins are met or exceeded. Analyse performance data, identify areas for improvement, and take action to improve efficiency. Regularly report performance results to the Commercial Director to help inform business decisions. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in project or installation management, ideally in joinery, construction manufacturing, home improvement, or modular building sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Great at organising and solving problems quickly, with a focus on getting things right the first time. Knowledge of quality management and experience in implementing improvements. Skilled in data analysis and performance monitoring, with good reporting skills. Excellent communication and people skills, with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction. Hands-on joinery experience solving technical challenges and improving products or processes. Ability to read and interpret drawings; experience with operating drawing software is a plus.
