About the Role
As a Support Worker in our shared living team, you'll provide essential support to clients, helping them live meaningful and independent lives. Working around the Northern Beaches, you'll assist with morning routines and community engagement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Support clients with activities like meal prep, household tasks, and personal care.
2. Help clients stay active and engaged in their community.
3. Work within behaviour support plans to provide compassionate care.
What You Bring:
1. Experience in the disability sector.
2. A genuine passion for helping others, with qualities like resilience, empathy, and positivity.
3. Ability to assist with personal care and other daily needs.
4. A valid NSW driver's license and vehicle.
