Responsibilities:
Working autonomously within a small team and being responsible for the management and implementation of your Call Cycle within SA/WA inline with company policy and strategy.
You will need to effectively use your negotiation and relationship management skills to help achieve the projected sales plan/ KPI's.
Executing and maintaining in-store training and working on ensuring strong brand presence.
Partake in meetings and weekly reporting.
Share market intelligence to key stakeholders in a responsible and timely manner.
Build trusting and productive relationships with customers.
Identify opportunities and customers to drive new business.
About You:
Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
A passion for selling and the desire to achieve within the Car Audio after-market industry.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to travel and manage retailers over 2 states.

About the Role:
The role reports to the General Manager of Sales and Marketing.
You will need to provide exceptional service to Independent stores and national corporate stores within your territory.
Based in SA and overseeing WA accounts.
Dealing with major retailers such as Autobarn, Supercheap Auto, Repco, and major specialist dealers.
All relevant tools of trade will be provided including a fully maintained vehicle, notebook, and phone.
