Project Execution and Timelines: Drive the execution of E&I activities, from detailed design through to commissioning, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.Proactively identify potential risks or delays and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum. Team Mentorship and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technicians, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.Promote knowledge-sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall project performance and innovation.
