We are seeking a temporary skilled Administrator Assistant to provide high level admin support to our prominent Mackay based client in a dedicated team committed to
achieving success by workingtogether towards common goals in an environment conducive to productivity, personal growth and development.
Key Duties will include:
* Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry is crucial
* Purchase Orders: Handling and processing purchase orders
* Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to clients
* Invoiced: Entering invoices using MYOB
* Wage Reports & Timesheets
* Ordering uniforms for new starters
* Any ADHOC admin duties
Key Criteria:
* Previous experience in an admin/data entry role
* Attention to Detail: The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Training: The successful candidate will be provided with extensive training
* Communication: Good communication skills are essential.
* Previous experience using an ERP such as MYOB
Benefits:
* 2 Month assignments with possible extension
* 6 January Start
* $40 - $45 / hour + super
