The opportunity
The National Manager Consumer Experience is responsible for leading and driving a best practice consumer experience framework across Regis.
This includes leading, supporting and coordinating:
Regis' feedback framework (compliments, complaints and suggestions for improvement), including responsibility for the RiscNet feedback module Regis' Consumer Advisory Bodies Consumer experience mechanisms, such as consumer experience surveys Continuous improvement systems for partnering with consumers Education and training to support consumer experience and engagement Success in this role will be built upon strong relationships with all stakeholders.
The important role you'll play
Provide coordination, support, coaching and guidance across Regis to ensure best practice feedback management systems are in place Provide coordination, support, coaching and guidance across Regis to ensure best practice consumer experience and engagement systems are in place Support clinical governance and quality management reporting Facilitate education and training program in feedback and consumer experience and engagement Skilfully lead and support projects related to Consumer Experience and Advocacy Develop and lead a high performing, highly effective team Deliver excellent customer service, contribute to team culture and positive working relationships Contribute to a safe, compliant living and working environment What you'll bring to the role
Qualified Health Practitioner – AHPRA registered and current with no conditions At least 5 years management experience or similar role in Health Care or Aged Care or similar discipline Highly effective written and spoken communication skills An ability to establish and maintain effective and productive relationships with consumers and external partners Demonstrated understanding of regulatory systems and accreditation standards as applicable to aged care Demonstrated understanding of quality management principles and practices with an emphasis on feedback management and consumer experience and engagement Experience in leading and managing a team Highly developed understanding of feedback management, consumer experience and engagement, regulatory compliance and quality management systems and processes Proven ability to collect and analyse data, report on findings and develop recommendations for improvement Understanding of the legislative, regulatory and medico-legal related requirements applicable to feedback and consumer experience and engagement Proven success in project management Ability to provide staff education and training programs that promote organisational capability for best practice quality management Ability to be self-directed and maintain progress in multiple activities at the same time, having strong organisational and time management skills Strong analytical skills with ability to distil information and effectively communicate in writing and verbal to stakeholders to influence change Commitment to privacy and confidentiality at all times Knowledge of the application of Federal, State and Local Government Regulations, Statutes, Acts as they pertain to all aspects of operating within the aged care sector To work in residential aged care, you will need to provide satisfactory background checks, supply an NDIS worker screening clearance, current year flu vaccination, and certification proof.
