* Clerk Grade 5 / 6, base salary ($97,027 - $107,059), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
Provide a broad range of administrative support to the Office of the Executive Director and Court Services executive teams. The role leverages extensive business unit knowledge to support the branch’s program of work and facilitate the delivery of client services.
What you’ll do
* Provide administrative support to meet the reporting needs of the Executive Director and Court Services teams.
* Handle complex enquiries and issues to ensure accurate information and timely resolution, especially regarding compliance with departmental reporting and internal functions.
* Provide information to internal and external agencies following documented procedures.
* Develop, implement, and monitor systems and methods to ensure consistent operations in line with agency standards.
* Gather and collate information for internal communications about frontline services, including opening hours, business shutdowns, and special events.
* Contribute to initiatives that improve work practices and client service.
