You will play a key part in providing case management services and linking our participants to essential networks and service agencies, helping them overcome barriers and achieve their goals. Constructive relationships with other service providers are essential to promote our IWS service and keep participants engaged to achieve a positive outcome.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You?Are you passionate about working with Indigenous people and driving impactful change? We’re looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in community engagement to join our team. Excellent administration skills are needed to maintain the program and deliver reporting requirements.
