Dragonfly is hiring for an Operations Support position for its delivery hub in South Granville. This is a full-time position for Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

What does it take to be successful?
1. Experience in a warehouse position and in the field of transportation would be assets;
2. 2 years of experience in a customer service position;
3. Being dynamic and customer-focused;
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills;
5. Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite and other software.
What will I do in this position?
1. Prepare daily reports;
2. Process pending packages and returns;
3. Respond to customer inquiries sent by the call center;
4. Contact customers by phone and/or email occasionally;
5. Collaborate with the call center, delivery partners, and operation supervisors;
6. Data entry as needed;
7. Escalate special cases to supervisors;
8. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety regulations.
