Remuneration: $68,831.88 per annum plus Superannuation
About the Role
The South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is committed to providing exceptional care and healthier lives. We are seeking a skilled professional to provide day-to-day leadership of Patient Services Assistants in the Domestic Services Department.
The successful candidate will assist the Domestic Services Manager and Supervisors to ensure that cleaning, waste management, portering, and linen distribution services comply with NSW Health, SESLHD, and Domestic Services policies, procedures, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction to Patient Services Assistants
* Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards
* Demonstrate knowledge and experience of Environmental services or commercial cleaning operations
Requirements
* Able to perform a wide range of operational tasks
* Demonstrated initiative and ability to use established procedures and techniques
* Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
* Experience in the use of Microsoft Office packages and other relevant software
