What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?
As an Engineering Lead, you will assess the current integration landscape for our clients and develop strategic roadmaps to enhance their integration platforms. You will design robust solutions, communicate system requirements to technical teams, and provide mentorship to team members. Your hands-on involvement will ensure the successful delivery of integration solutions on relevant platforms. You will oversee quality assurance, ensuring that all implementations align with established architecture and infrastructure standards.

Required Role-Specific Skills/Experience
We seek candidates with expertise in leading the delivery and implementation of integration solution built on the MuleSoft Anypoint platform. Individuals with a blend of deep technical integration expertise along with team & stakeholder management, in navigating complex integration environments will be highly regarded. You should have extensive experience as an Integration Manager/Lead developer in an agile program delivery environment, with expertise in:
* Advanced MuleSoft Expertise: Deep knowledge of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, development, and deployment.
* Architectural Skills: Ability to design scalable and secure integration architectures that align with business requirements.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and manage expectations.
* Team Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor integration developers, providing guidance and support.
* API Management: Proficiency in managing APIs, including versioning, monitoring, and securing APIs through API gateways.
* Cloud Deployment: Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying integrations in cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
* DevOps Practices: Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, automation tools, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
