About the Role:
In this full-time role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers who supply clean fresh linen and chemistry to the Hospitality, Health Care, Aged Care and Mining sectors.
In this autonomous role supported by a national team, you will ensure outstanding customer experiences by providing end-to-end solutions, delivering exceptional results, and managing ongoing accounts. This is an opportunity to thrive in a supportive, entrepreneurial, and technical environment with comprehensive in-house training covering food safety, chemical safety, laundry procedures, housekeeping cleaning/sanitation, assets audits (dish washers/laundry machines) including water and energy improvements.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in the commercial laundry industry or a related field would be beneficial, but not essential.
* Background in the chemical industry or similar hands-on technical roles would be favourable.
* Engineering qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or chemical fields are advantageous, however candidates with relevant experience or alternative qualifications will also be considered.

Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic input to the future direction of the business within the state of Far North Queensland.
* Represent the company to develop strong business relations with key clients, major customers, end-users, national accounts as directed, suppliers, and industry bodies.
* Achieve agreed state sales targets and seek opportunities that will grow the business.
* Maintain a high level of industry competitor awareness.
Must Haves:
* Current Australian Drivers licence.
* Proven ability to work autonomously.
* Strong customer focus.
* Mechanical aptitude/problem solving ability.
* Satisfactory Police check prior to commencement (at the company’s expense)
