Job Responsibilities
1. Strong communication, time and resource management

4. Willingness to work independently or with other team members, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create high quality baked goods
5. Flexibility to work around customer demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability
6. Ability to work in a hot, fast paced environment; stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, including heavy lifting and manual labour
7. Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods
8. Decorating high quality sweets and cakes
9. Following food safety regulations and checks the cleanliness of equipment and operating site to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
To be a successful baker, you should be efficient and friendly with a focus on food quality in a fast paced country bakery. You should be organised, have an eye for detail, and possess a strong passion for baking.
